North Idaho’s company health challenge

Companies from Coeur d’Alene to Sandpoint go head to head, Jan 4 – Feb 28, 2027. Your team scores by showing up, and every company plays for a local cause.

Why companies enter

More than a wellness program

  • 01

Something to rally around in the dead of winter

Eight weeks, one team, standings every Monday. January finally has a scoreboard.

  • 02

Your name on a local cause

Every entry sends fixed dollars to the nonprofit you pick ($100 from every Small entry), with your whole team behind it, not just a check.

  • 03

    A shot at the Cup

A traveling Cup, trophies and team celebrations for the top three, a Company of the Week every Monday, and a big-check photo with your cause at the finale.

Entry

One price by size. Everyone included.

Your whole company is in for one price, and a fixed amount of every entry goes straight to your cause.

Where the money goes

  • The cause amount above goes to the nonprofit your company picks.
  • Half of every sponsorship goes to local causes: a shared goal for the whole region, plus bonuses for the causes of the top three companies.
  • Charity money never comes back to Movra. Every total is published after the finale.

Wellness spending is usually a deductible business expense. Pay by Dec 31 to count it in 2026; confirm with your CPA.

How it works

Four steps. We do the heavy lifting.

  1. Enter your company

Any size, any industry. One price by size, and every employee can join at no extra cost.

  2. Pick your cause

Choose one of the partner nonprofits to play for, and name a team captain.

  3. Show up for eight weeks

People log their activity in the Movra app, at no cost to them. Your score is the average number of active days per person each week.

  4. Finish together

Final standings on March 1, then the finale, where the checks go to local causes.

A few minutes to sign up

Enter and pay online. No meetings required.

A kit for your captain

A ready-to-send staff email and text, a poster with your own QR code, and answers to the questions people ask.

Standings every Monday

We post them. Your captain shares them. Everyone knows where they stand.

Help when anyone gets stuck

Setup, the app, questions from your team: we handle it.

Fair at every size

Scores are per person, not totals, and the scoring keeps small teams on equal footing with big ones. A 12-person shop has the same shot at the Cup as a 300-person company.

Private by design

You see the team's score, never anyone's health information. Joining is each employee's choice, and steps and sleep from phones never count.

Questions owners ask

The short answers

Anything else? Email us or book a 15-minute call, and the captain's kit answers your team's questions.

What does it take from my people?
About a minute a day: log a workout or a meal in the app. Joining is each person’s choice, and nothing about their job depends on it.
Is it fair against bigger companies?
Yes. Scores are per person, not totals, and the scoring keeps small teams on equal footing with big ones. Every company plays for the same Cup.
What if not everyone joins?
Your captain’s kit makes joining easy, and there’s a practice week (Dec 28 – Jan 3) to get people set up before anything counts. Anyone who joins late still counts from the week they join.
What do we have to do?
Enter, pick a cause, and name a team captain. We set your company up, send the captain’s kit on Dec 1, and post the standings every Monday.
Will I see my employees’ health information?
No. You see the team’s score and how many people took part, never names, activity or health information.
Is the entry deductible?
Wellness spending is usually a deductible business expense. Pay by Dec 31 to count it in 2026. Confirm with your CPA.
How do we pay?
By card when you enter, or ask for an invoice if your company pays that way.
What if we need to cancel?
Entries are final. If you can’t play, your cause still gets its money, and the rest becomes a credit toward the 2028 Cup. If the Cup is ever cancelled, everyone gets a full refund.
